At American Sound & Electronics, I led the NetSuite-to-Solutions360 Q360 transformation through go-live for approximately 300 users within approved budget.
At Kroger, I directed technology delivery for eight automated Customer Fulfillment Centers, finishing at approximately $98M against a ~$105M forecast, and led technical integration for 151 Roundy's retail locations. Across 30+ years, I've built scalable PMO mechanisms, improved executive visibility, managed complex risks and dependencies, and delivered major technology, M&A, and campus-consolidation programs.
