I am an executive leader with 20+ years delivering enterprise program delivery, strategic planning, and organizational transformation across finance, technology, and healthcare sectors. I build portfolio governance, delivery frameworks, and measurable metrics to align execution with business outcomes.

I've managed portfolio and resource budgets exceeding $200M, led global technology programs of $10M+, and driven cost-efficiency initiatives producing $18M+ annual savings with measurable EPS impact. I led services supporting 220+ customers across 110 countries and participated in building a company from startup to a $3.3B market cap and IPO.
