I'm conducting CRISPR-induced DNA-repair research at UC San Diego's Bier Lab using Drosophila and HEK293T cell models. I design and optimize PCR assays, perform plasmid transfection and genomic DNA analysis, and track complex genetic crosses and experimental records.
I've also supported biomedical nanoparticle research at the Steinmetz Lab and breast-cancer research at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology. My work spans mammalian cell culture, fluorescence imaging, molecular assays, data analysis, and troubleshooting experiments to understand disease mechanisms and treatment response.
