At Jubilant Pharmova Ltd., I performed analytical characterization of pharmaceutical APIs using HPLC, LC–MS, and GC–MS in a cGMP-regulated environment. I interpreted chromatographic and spectroscopic data to support QC, in-process testing, and drug product development workflows.

At the Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), I extracted and purified protein, then used Lowry’s assay and UV/Vis spectrophotometry for analysis. My experiments identified 40°C as the optimal extraction temperature for maximum Moringa oleifera protein yield, and I authored a technical paper on the findings.

For my Oryza sativa genomic trait prediction project, I processed genotype-phenotype datasets and performed GWAS using SNP-Seek. I implemented an XGBoost pipeline to classify flowering time as early, medium, or late.

My laboratory research at RV College of Engineering included PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, western blotting, and mammalian cell culture. I’ve also contributed to two peer-reviewed publications and investigated CAR T-cell strategies for glioblastoma.
