I build stem cell disease models and automated molecular data-analysis pipelines.

Message

At the University of California, Riverside, I design molecular and cellular biology studies using human stem cell models to characterize gene-signaling and lineage-specific phenotypes.

I've directed four independent R&D programs spanning human pluripotent stem cell-based disease models, from experimental design through publication. My work integrates RNA-seq, qPCR, imaging, immunostaining, and western blot data with automated Python and R pipelines.

I built predictive modeling software with approximately 95% accuracy and automated imaging pipelines that improved analysis efficiency by approximately 50%.

I've authored three first-author manuscripts, presented findings at ISSCR and SOT, and mentored more than 30 trainees in experimental design, molecular techniques, and data analysis.
