At UMass Amherst, I built mammalian cell models using CRISPR knock-in, lentiviral transduction, RNAi, and luciferase reporters to study circadian regulation and the cancer-associated gene SNAIL. My work contributed to peer-reviewed publications on SNAIL oscillations and melatonin receptor-targeting molecules in vitro.

I've validated engineered constructs with PCR and western blot, analyzed data in R, and partnered across disciplines on published studies. I also led lab safety practices, developed SOPs, mentored students, and taught undergraduate organic chemistry labs.
