Perpetua Nzoka

I am a PhD-trained molecular and cellular biologist with broad interdisciplinary expertise across genetics, microbiology, anatomy, ecology, and organismal biology. I design and execute rigorous experiments, analyze complex datasets, and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.

My postdoctoral work at a major research university focused on molecular genetics and cellular signaling, where I led independent projects using gene expression analysis, microscopy, and bioinformatics. I maintain high standards for reproducibility and scientific integrity and have a track record of synthesizing literature across fields to inform experimental interpretation.

During my doctoral research I investigated genetic regulation of cellular differentiation, applying molecular techniques (PCR, sequencing, histology) and mentoring undergraduates while integrating ecological and evolutionary context. I am experienced in statistical analysis using R and Python and in translating complex concepts into clear explanations.
