Designed and executed laboratory experiments using yeast phenomic models and performed 3D bioreactor cell culture with adherent primary cells and microcarriers. Operated and monitored stirred-tank bioreactor systems, scaling from 100 mL to 15+ L cultures, and conducted routine bioprocess monitoring including glucose/lactate measurements and viability assessment.

Executed bioassays and molecular biology assays including ELISA, immunoassays, PCR, and other protein and molecular characterization workflows in a regulated laboratory environment. Designed and optimized laboratory protocols for molecular diagnostics, demonstrating hands-on experience with experimental optimization, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
