I’m a Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience, adept in hardware, networking, and IT problem-solving. I focus on resolving complex technical issues promptly while strengthening device security and compliance.
In my current role (Remote) as a Technical Support Engineer / Microsoft Intune Administrator, I administer and manage Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). I create and maintain Windows Configuration Policies, configure endpoint security policies, and implement Microsoft security baselines to remediate vulnerabilities. I also monitor endpoint compliance using Intune compliance policies and onboard/troubleshoot non-compliant devices.
Previously at Mahindra and Mahindra (Remote), I served as the first point-of-contact for end-user issues—handling Active Directory user ID unlocks and password resets, providing remote support for Windows and network concerns, and taking ownership of problems through to resolution. I supported VPN access, troubleshooting, printer support, and maintained antivirus solutions to align with security and compliance expectations.
Earlier at Trimurti IT Solution, I delivered hands-on hardware and networking support, including OS installation/configuration, LAN network management, and troubleshooting internet connectivity. I configured WiFi routers and switches, handled LAN/WAN/VLAN setup, performed drive mapping and Outlook troubleshooting, and resolved escalated reoccurred issues to maintain reliable systems for customers.
