I’m a recent HNC graduate in BTEC Computing with hands-on experience in technical support, system configuration, and hardware troubleshooting. I’m currently advancing my technical expertise through degree-level studies at the University of Suffolk.

I’ve earned “All Distinctions” in my HNC and “All Distinctions” in my Level 3 Diploma, with key units spanning Programming, Networking, Security, Website Design, SDLC, and Database Design and Development. I’m building toward real-world impact by pairing structured learning with practical problem-solving.

I thrive in fast, forward-thinking environments—especially in fintech or digital platforms—where real-world challenges push me to grow. I bring certified grounding in Cisco Networking, Cisco IoT, ICDL, and AI Agents, plus a clear focus on reliability, troubleshooting, and communication.

In my Student Computer Lab Assistant role, I resolved technical issues for students and staff, maintained lab inventory, and performed hands-on PC maintenance. I also installed and configured Windows, Linux, MS Office, and Google Workspace, while supporting hardware checks and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
