I am a dedicated Project Manager who has also worked as a Projects Specialist and Business Analyst. Throughout my experience, I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams on project design, planning, developing, and coordination—delivering results within deadlines and with the expected level of quality.
My background spans project budgeting, planning, and execution, mainly in the telecommunications field. As a Factory Capex Specialist (Millicom/TIGO Panamá), I handled monthly budget follow-ups with Network division managers, supported budget request approvals with Corporate Office documentation, and created customized training material for internal Capex processes.
Prior to that, I served as a Strategic Projects Capex Specialist and guided cross-functional directors and managers on preparing corporate budget requests. I also acted as a key user for Planisware, providing coaching and user assistance, and I started my journey as a Project Manager and IT Business Analyst—facilitating workshops, translating technical language into business requirements, and supporting user testing.
