What I'm looking for
I’ve worked at HPE (2020–2025) as a PBM to several major HPE partners, partnering closely to fulfill requirements and drive mutual success. I coordinated introduction calls between HPE Territory Managers and Partner Field Representatives, and I led deal registration and pricing escalation workflows to streamline partner processes and improve outcomes.
I also focused on commercial impact by communicating current offers to partners and maximizing promotional results. Alongside that, I managed Marketing Development Funds for National Solution Providers and owned demo program workstreams, keeping leadership informed through weekly reporting.
To stay proactive, I developed and analyzed bi-weekly data reports—IB, “BELIEVES Partner Trends,” and Historical Revenue—to assess performance and identify strategic next steps. I built forecasts and shared actionable insights to support future initiatives, while overseeing partner and customer escalations including supply chain and post-sales support (ESD, tracking, order status, and RMA campaign request submission).
Earlier, I worked as an HPE Returns Representative (2017–2020) at Farrera Asociados, where I reviewed and approved DOA requests and served as an L1 approver for DEFOA. I manually created return orders, credit memos, and debit memos in SAP, managed RMAs in VISTA, supported onboarding, and handled SAP sales order updates; prior to that, I provided technical support at MOS/TTec, bringing strong operating systems knowledge and direct client reporting.
