I’m looking for a remote, high-volume role where my medical claims accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and customer service experience help reduce errors and improve workflows, with clear goals and a supportive team.

I’m a Data Entry Specialist who delivers accurate, efficient work in fast-paced environments—especially when it comes to processing medical, dental, and vision claims.

At UnitedHealth Group, I processed and maintained records for over 50 patient appointments daily while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. I flagged inconsistencies, collaborated with the billing department to correct 200+ entries, and conducted regular audits on claims data to achieve a 99.8% error-free record keeping rate.

Before that, I strengthened my customer support foundation as a Customer Support Specialist at Tovala. I provided real-time live chat support, responded to customer inquiries via email, and educated customers on features, benefits, and best practices for using Tovala’s service.
