What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead PMO governance, strategic planning, and cross-functional delivery for complex technology or transformation portfolios, where I can build clear frameworks, improve processes, and enable senior stakeholders to make data-led decisions.

At Singlife, I drive PgO governance for the Tech & Ops department, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, Townhall communications, scorecards, budgets, variance tracking, and contract-governance support.

Previously at TM Digital Innovation (Credence), I established and operationalized the PMO function for cloud, VM, and data-migration portfolios. I designed an end-to-end PMO Playbook adopted as the organization’s standard methodology and stepped in as Project Manager when delivery continuity was needed.

My work across Adecco, Verinon Technology Solutions, and Acasia Communications has covered APAC portfolio reporting, project approvals, regulated banking governance, vendor selection, and end-to-end digital and telecommunications delivery.

I bring nine years of experience turning complex challenges into actionable plans, governance frameworks, performance metrics, and clear executive reporting. I work across SDLC and Agile environments using tools including CA Clarity PPM, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.
