At 12TREE, I lead regional HR operations for multicultural teams across different countries and workforce models. I advise leaders on HR policies, employee relations, performance, and people decisions.
I’m currently leading a talent realignment exercise to identify employees’ capabilities and potential, match them with organizational needs, and improve workforce effectiveness. My work also includes workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding for regional positions.
At LIGA COLOMBIANA CONTRA EL CÁNCER, I managed employee relations and labor compliance, and designed performance, learning, and development processes. I led recruitment for 150+ positions and the process toward Great Place to Work certification.
As a strategic HR consultant, I designed HR functions and processes for organizations including Entrena Consulting SAS, Consultoría Suramericana, and Hermanas Dominicas de la Presentación. I’ve also volunteered with the Colombian Red Cross for 10+ years and promoted employee volunteering initiatives connected to community engagement and social purpose.
