I am an operations leader and benefits specialist with over 8 years of experience managing health and benefits administration across Canadian and U.S. markets. I combine technical expertise in HRIS, Workday, HSA/FSA, COBRA and ACA compliance with hands-on people leadership.

In my current role as Assistant Manager at TELUS International, I lead end-to-end benefits operations for large clients, supervise a 10-person team, and serve as a single point of contact for escalations and stakeholder engagement. I consistently improved accuracy, reduced escalations and enhanced client satisfaction through process improvements and dashboards.

Throughout my career at TELUS, Wipro and Mercer I developed SOPs, led root cause analyses, and created reporting to monitor SLA/TAT adherence, earning multiple promotions and awards such as Superstar of the Quarter and Team Leader of the Quarter.
