What I'm looking for

I’m looking to be part of an organisation that can make use of my problem-solving skills.

At SHEROES, I’m the Head - Delivery and Remote Projects, overseeing remote projects that include customer support, inside sales, and SOP writing. I work with managers, quality analysts, and team leaders to oversee day-to-day delivery.

I’m a founding team member of SHEROES, which I joined when it was a concept known as Fleximoms. I’ve worked across project delivery, client relationships, online communities, events, and the job board.

At Mylo, I was Head - Customer Experience, focusing on a customer-first experience across touchpoints and collaborating with product and data teams on process improvements. Before that, as Head - Community, I managed app campaigns and community engagement.

Earlier, I worked as a Web Designer/Developer at SAITA Consulting and as a Web Designer at IndoGlobal Mass Media. I also developed websites as a freelancer, particularly in WordPress, and earned a gold medal in Electrical Engineering from Gauhati University.
