Seeking remote opportunities across Project Management, Delivery, Client Services, and project-based consulting. Experienced in Shopify/eCommerce, web, mobile, and digital product delivery. I started my career in business development in the IT industry, and over time my role evolved into what I enjoy most — owning delivery, managing stakeholders, and making sure projects actually ship.

Over the past 14+ years, I have managed and delivered 200+ projects across eCommerce platforms (including Shopify), web applications, mobile solutions, CMS platforms, and custom business systems. For a decade I led an IT agency end-to-end, which means I have handled everything from initial client conversations and requirement discovery to team coordination, risk management, and post-launch support. That experience taught me how to balance client expectations, delivery priorities, and team coordination in fast-moving environments.

My strength lies at the intersection of client communication and delivery execution. I understand what clients actually need, translate that into clear direction for development and design teams, and keep everyone aligned when complexity or scope challenges emerge — which they always do.

More recently, I have been exploring workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and platforms such as n8n to improve communication, documentation, operational efficiency, and project execution.

I work well across time zones, am comfortable with async communication, and have experience delivering projects for clients across the US, UK, Europe, and India.
