I'm currently managing category performance and commercial operations at Shubh Gems, overseeing 5,000+ active SKUs and approximately ₹20L in monthly sales. I lead four team members while managing assortment, pricing, product planning, listings, lifecycle management, catalogue content, and digital product visibility.

Previously at Faballey, I managed ₹20L+ monthly sales and 10,000+ SKUs across kidswear, footwear, accessories, home décor, and household categories. I led a team of 10, worked with 6–7 vendors, owned category P&L metrics, and developed pricing, markdown, assortment, promotional, marketing, and sales strategies.

My experience at Darveys and Fourseven spans multi-category assortment, product lifecycle management, marketplace listings, catalogue operations, jewellery merchandising, flash sales, seasonal campaigns, and social-media promotion. I've worked across Shopify, Magento, Myntra, Amazon, Google Merchant Centre, UniCommerce, SAP, Zoho, and advanced Excel.

I began in fashion retail with Steve Madden, Vero Moda, Pantaloons, and Jharcraft, building hands-on experience in client consultation, visual merchandising, inventory, sales reporting, design development, and garment construction. I bring a retail-and-fashion lens to data-driven category decisions.
