What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead evidence-based digital government and transformation programs—strengthening interoperability, monitoring and MEL systems, and institutional performance—while ensuring rigorous financial oversight, risk management, and measurable results.

I’m a senior executive with more than 25 years of international experience leading digital transformation and digital government initiatives across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. I currently serve as Head of Information Monitoring and Analysis at AGETIC, supporting Bolivia’s digital transformation and digital government efforts.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed complex, multidisciplinary programs and institutional transformation processes, including international cooperation portfolios exceeding EUR 110 million. I combine governance and institutional reform expertise with strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management to help public institutions deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m hands-on and results-oriented: I coordinate information management and performance monitoring mechanisms, strengthen interoperability frameworks, and support public-sector modernization and innovation programs. Alongside program leadership, I bring strong financial management, risk management, and capacity-building experience to improve organizational performance and decision-making.
