What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead Agile technology and operations projects end-to-end—driving data for decision-making while translating business needs into actionable plans and aligning stakeholders.

I’m a results-driven Technology & Operations Project Manager (PMI-ACP certified) with 5+ years leading cross-functional, international teams (5–10 members) across pharmaceutical and tech. I turn complex business requirements into structured project plans, keeping delivery on time and within scope while aligning C-level and VP-level stakeholders.

At Novartis, I led Master Data & Interfaces work across 3+ regions, aligning Operations and IT to improve master data visibility and system dependencies. I drove end-to-end data quality across multiple release cycles—supporting data cleansing, impact assessments, and migration—while developing compliance documentation (SOPs, work procedures, and training) to ensure regulatory-ready onboarding for new products, sites, and markets.

Previously, I managed Agile/Scrum delivery for medium-to-large technology initiatives, coordinating visualization developers, data scientists, business analysts, and software engineers through specification to final delivery. I also coordinated launches including a business glossary, data audit system, AI forecasting tool, and a reporting suite—boosting adoption, improving reporting accuracy, and enabling faster, data-driven decisions for senior leadership.

My foundation is strongly analytical and data-focused: I gathered and translated client requirements into Scrum-tracked plans, quantified measurable impact for a machine learning model in bank loan scoring, and delivered automated analytics and BI assets (including Power BI dashboards and People Analytics reporting). I’m currently using my sabbatical to pursue PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI), building even more capability to manage technology and data programs end-to-end.
