I’m looking to build and improve BI and data engineering solutions—designing dashboards, data warehouses, and governance that ensure reliable, timely insights for decision-making and regulatory compliance.

I’m a Business Intelligence Specialist and Data Engineer with over 10 years of experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions in financial and development sectors. I specialize in transforming complex data into strategic insights for decision-making, with a constant focus on data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.

At CIES, I established the Business Intelligence function from scratch—building the institutional data strategy, architecture, and processes end-to-end. I designed Data Warehouse and ETL architecture, created automated data pipelines, and developed dynamic Power BI dashboards that evolved into advanced analytical models for monitoring, performance evaluation, and data quality control. I also scaled the BI function to a national level, delivering strategic reports and insights for semi-annual and annual evaluations.

Across my roles in banking and credit operations, I’ve implemented data integration workflows, KPI monitoring, and reconciliation/validation controls across core systems (including Netbank). I’ve also supported sensitive data management, interoperability between systems, and monitoring & evaluation solutions—ensuring reporting aligns with regulatory frameworks and institutional requirements.
