I’m a strategic finance and business operations executive with 25+ years of experience leading business growth, financial restructuring, credit operations, portfolio expansion, and operational optimization across banking, corporate, and government environments. As Director - Government of Tarija (2021–2026), I led the Departmental Economic Promotion Fund focused on microcredit and regional economic reactivation. I expanded the fund’s portfolio to over BOB 120 million across more than 6,000 loans, strengthened institutional sustainability, and provided personalized beneficiary advisory support to improve access to bank financing.

I secured supplier financing near BOB 2 million, renegotiated obligations and payment terms during the pandemic, and refined cost structures and resource use to improve efficiency.
