I've spent more than 21 years at Türkiye İş Bankası, most recently helping redesign its Performance Management System alongside McKinsey & Company. I supported the organization-wide rollout through communication and learning programs reaching approximately 20,000 employees.

In Talent Management, I evaluated employee performance with consistency, fairness, and confidentiality, conducted competency-based recruitment interviews, and partnered with Head Office teams on transformation initiatives.

My earlier work in private banking and foreign trade operations strengthened my analytical review, documentation, compliance, and evidence-based decision-making skills. I'm now focused on remote, project-based AI response evaluation, AI quality evaluation, research, content review, and data annotation work.
