What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to AI-enabled products through QA/UAT, product operations, user research, and cross-functional coordination, translating user and business needs into practical product improvements.

At Humanas Technology, I coordinate delivery across technology, R&D, design, growth, and operations for AI-enabled products. I turn requirements into roadmaps, sprint tasks, test scenarios, documentation, and actionable development feedback.

I design QA/UAT flows for Luma, Navora, and the Humanas BI Platform, identifying usability, business-logic, workflow, and data-consistency issues. My psychology background also informs my work in behavioral assessment, user research, people analytics, and evidence-based reporting.
