I provide daily hardware, software, network, and end-user support for Inventrium Business Support Services' client, Brands Optimal Ltd. I install and maintain desktops, laptops, enterprise applications, email systems, backups, and IT assets, improving system reliability through proactive maintenance.

Previously, I supported staff and students at Anchor University Lagos, configuring routers, switches, and access points while administering Windows and Linux environments. I enhanced network stability and improved incident response time, including support for secure ID card production systems.

Through PETAD InfoTech, I have delivered system repairs, installations, networking, and tailored IT infrastructure support for small businesses. I have also taught computer studies and basic IT skills while maintaining school infrastructure at Life's Touch High School.
