At The Learning Place, I support day-to-day school operations by troubleshooting IT equipment and administering the Edves school management platform. I also supported the transition from Edves to Mitable, testing the system and sharing feedback during implementation.
Previously, at ADDOSSER Microfinance Bank, I provided technical support to users across multiple branches and supported access administration for the Orbit R core banking system. My experience also includes network monitoring, endpoint security, and IT support in an educational environment.
