I resolve complex disputes and escalations with a focus on fair, lasting solutions. I've also managed resource allocation, budget scheduling, vendor correspondence, and standardized communication workflows to reduce delays and improve response times.

Previously, at Bellwether College, I handled high-volume calls, inquiries, records, and client communications while working with academic and executive staff to resolve recurring student and parent issues.

My earlier work at Gracious Supermarket strengthened my experience in inventory, billing, database records, vendor restocking, and point-of-service customer support. I bring a reliable remote setup with fiber internet, 5G backup, and solar/inverter power.
