I seek a role combining customer support and logistics where I can optimize delivery operations, improve customer satisfaction, collaborate with teams, and grow into greater operational responsibility.

I am a methodical, goal-oriented customer support and logistics professional who inspires teams to excel under pressure. I bring several years of hands-on experience in customer management, telesales and field operations.

In my current role I manage logistics and customer support, planning and monitoring deliveries, routing drivers using logistics software, supervising equipment maintenance and responding to delivery queries to reduce costs and improve timeliness.

I have a strong background in vendor auditing, call handling, lead generation and account management, and I use tools including Microsoft O365, Salesforce and Paystack to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.

I am eager to join a growing organization where I can continue to optimize operations, strengthen customer relationships and take on increasing responsibility to drive measurable results.
