What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote support role where I can keep operations organized through calendar, inbox, client, research, and CRM support while continuing to grow with digital tools and AI-enabled workflows.

I’ve delivered end-to-end administrative and executive support for freelance clients across time zones, managing inboxes, calendars, meetings, travel, events, and operational records.

I use HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Canva, and AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow speed and accuracy. I also organize files, conduct credible online research, track expenses, and handle client communication in Arabic, English, and French.

My background in private and business law brings confidentiality, precision, and structured thinking to remote support work. I’ve also translated English content into Arabic and French and supported students through one-to-one tutoring.
