What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support customers, enrollment, administration, or healthcare operations using my Arabic and English communication, coordination, translation, and digital tools skills.

I've supported Accelerated Pathways Career College as an Enrollment Advisor and Customer Service Supervisor, handling inbound and outbound calls, SMS and email outreach, virtual orientations, appointments, and enrollment-team supervision. I also created Canva flyers and presentations and translated documents, flyers, and clinic conversations between Arabic and English.

I've also worked in virtual assistance, data entry, healthcare data curation, and medical secretarial roles, managing recruitment, meetings, reports, clinic information, appointments, paperwork, and patient support. I bring strong Arabic and English communication, MS Office skills, and a quick ability to learn new software and technologies.
