I’m an organisational transformation and internal communications leader with 10+ years helping complex organisations make change understandable, practical and measurable. I build communication systems that make organisational change easier to understand, adopt and measure, using an ADKAR-based approach grounded in evidence.
At the Australian Banking Association, I built the first internal communications function from scratch—designing intranet portals, video screens, internal events, and executive ghostwriting. I architected a secure portal linking 27 competing member banks, lifted policy-document consumption 660%, and created measurement frameworks that put previously invisible policy and government-relations impact in front of the C-suite.
On major infrastructure work, I applied an employee-first change communications approach to deliver 84% employee engagement on Australia’s largest infrastructure project, steering people through complex, sensitive construction phases. I also rebuilt digital channels—improving open rates, accelerating response times, and strengthening web and social performance while navigating sensitive stakeholder environments.
More recently, I built every communications capability for an early-stage ocean-tech company from zero, advising the C-suite and founders through a critical growth phase. I led executive communications end-to-end and translated complex ocean science into clear content—helping earn major international recognitions including XPRIZE and Earthshot Prize.
