What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise AI, digital transformation, and adoption programmes where I can partner with senior leaders, establish governance, build organisational capability, and deliver measurable business value.

I've led enterprise AI transformation and adoption initiatives at McKinsey & Company, Axpo Group, Arup, BDO Australia, and the Australian Department of Education. My work connects AI strategy, governance, business readiness, and practical adoption across global organisations.

At McKinsey, I directed a global ServiceNow AI transformation programme, delivering 500,000 AI-assisted HR interactions, 70% ServiceNow AI adoption, and 67 hours saved per week. I partnered with HR, Technology, and Operations leaders to prioritise opportunities, redesign processes, build learning pathways, and report outcomes to Steering Committees.

At Axpo, I managed enterprise adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, and Digital Workplace, supporting more than 2,000 employees. I established adoption KPIs, analysed usage insights, evaluated AI platforms, and coached a team of Change & Adoption Specialists.

I've also driven global transformation for 12,000 Arup employees, supported the QSuper–Sunsuper merger creating Australian Retirement Trust, and delivered digital transformation initiatives for the Department of Education Australia. I'm a Prosci-certified change practitioner who helps leaders turn new technology into sustainable ways of working.
