What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve operations where I can apply Lean tools, strengthen supply-chain execution, build scalable workflows, and use data to improve customer retention, quality, and financial performance.

At Vetution, I've scaled e-commerce operations from a 6-person team to more than 20 employees, supporting revenue growth from EGP 1.46M to EGP 39.28M.

I've reduced returns by 49%, increased warehouse throughput 10x, and managed 87,956 stock movements covering more than 796K units in Odoo. I use Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, 5S, process mapping, and SOP standardization to remove friction across fulfillment and coordination.

I also built Vetution's early operations and business development functions, supplier network, and clinic onboarding process. My background combines veterinary science, commercial relationship management, financial reporting, and Lean Six Sigma training.
