What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operational value creation across manufacturing or supply-chain businesses, owning P&L performance, scalable systems, process improvement, and growth through disciplined execution.

I co-founded and led operations at Cookievore, a premium baked-goods manufacturer in Cairo, owning the full P&L across two facilities, 65 employees, and 1.5M annual units through its strategic acquisition.

I cut COGS 13% by acquiring and integrating a second facility, reduced logistics costs 25% by building an in-house last-mile network, and lowered waste 12% through ERP controls and demand-to-production alignment. I also shifted the business from roughly 90% D2C to roughly 85% contracted B2B, sustaining 35% real CAGR while growing to 60+ accounts.

I deployed Odoo company-wide and built forecasting, warehouse, inventory, reporting, and scheduling tools in Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, and APIs. I also led the equity-and-debt raise for the second plant, built investor and shareholder reporting, and supported buyer diligence through post-close integration.
