What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex IT and business transformation initiatives where I can strengthen governance, enable project teams, improve delivery practices, and create sustainable value across supply chain, trading, and operations.

I've delivered IT and business transformation initiatives across Europe and the Americas for ExxonMobil, Nippon Gases and Uniper. My work spans supply chain, trading, midstream, operations, and enterprise application delivery.

At Nippon Gases, I improved project governance through PMO tools, templates, and standardized ways of working, while supporting ServiceNow SPM rollout issue prioritization and resolution. At Uniper, I led implementation of a gas forecasting and declaration tool for gas optimizers.

At ExxonMobil, I implemented supply planning solutions, enabled financial derivative trading on ICE with Allegro ETRM integration, and established an ERP legal structure for asset back trading and hedging activities. I've also led global pipeline and terminal implementations, supported Trading and Midstream PMO governance, and managed software asset management teams across Hungary and Malaysia. I'm passionate about enabling project teams, strengthening delivery practices, and creating sustainable business value.
