I’m an IT Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystem management and Endpoint Security, with over 10 years dedicated specifically to Office 365. I deliver L2 security support, threat and vulnerability management, and administer enterprise-level security platforms, while keeping service quality consistent with agreed procedures and SLAs.

At SyncIT, I resolve complex Office 365 support issues within SLA and help onboard new team members, including providing 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents.
