I’m a multilingual Customer Support and Back Office Operations professional fluent in English, Spanish, Turkish, and Russian. I focus on accurate, KPI-driven execution—especially where confidentiality, identity checks, and documentation review matter.

In my recent role as a Back Office Investigator for the Teleperformance (Intuit Project), I investigated customer accounts, verified supporting documentation, and performed identity verification and account validation. I reviewed cases while meeting quality and productivity KPIs, handled confidential information, and collaborated with internal teams to resolve account-related issues.
