What I'm looking for

I’m open to focused custom builds with businesses, agencies, and product teams. I’d start with one clearly scoped workflow, integration, or operator panel and a testable output, then expand from there.

I build custom web apps, operational panels, and AI-assisted workflows for businesses whose work has outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools. I start by understanding how work happens, then shape the rules, roles, and information flows into a practical system.

With HamPhone, I built a live B2B mobile-phone marketplace with listing, moderation, search-alert, Telegram distribution, and administration workflows. I also designed and developed an integrated operations platform for a European television network, bringing together production management, organizational workflows, HR, financial processes, and AI-assisted operational coordination.

My other projects include Omid Conversation Desk, a pilot operator workspace with human review and handoff controls, and Site Factory, an in-development workflow for website delivery. I’ve also worked on broadcast operations and independent projects such as C-Lines for playlist planning and validation.

My background in retail, digital signage, media, and consumer-brand operations shapes how I build: systems need to work for the people using and maintaining them.
