At Careem, I create the Careem Plus metrics mart on Cube and lead the move from legacy SQL-based analytics to Cube-based analytics to strengthen data governance. I also worked with AI Engineering to onboard Careem Plus context to SAGE, Careem’s internal analytics AI agent.

At Careem, I helped develop the first line of discovery for OTP attacks with the Onboarding Squad, reducing attack costs by around 90%. Previously, I worked across product and data analytics at Mrsool, Floward, Breadfast, and Appetito / NOMU Group, including experiments, data products, and systems that improved customer retention and reduced failed orders.
