What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can help users navigate online services and learning experiences, support customer inquiries, and contribute to reliable service resolutions.

At Squaay, I handled customer questions about orders, deliveries, payments, and accounts through WhatsApp, phone, email, and Intercom. I investigated concerns, shared updates, and escalated technical issues when additional support was needed.

I also coordinated service recovery with colleagues and delivery partners, including arranging a replacement rider after a delivery delay. I confirmed payments, prepared invoices, supported reconciliation, and kept customer and operational records accurate using Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
