At Wells Fargo, I architect and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and other platform areas. I’m modernizing the CMDB and CSDM framework through improved CI identification, relationships, ownership, and data quality.
Previously, I developed ServiceNow solutions at NTTA and CVE Technologies, including integrations, automated workflows, and service catalog experiences. I’ve also introduced AI-enabled capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence to support self-service and service operations.
