I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my expertise in mental health strategy and program development, within a supportive organizational culture that values clinician engagement and workforce well-being.

I am a strategic mental health clinician and wellness consultant with nearly two decades of experience in nursing, public health, psychiatry, and behavioral program leadership. As a board-certified PMHNP, I am currently completing dual doctorates in Nursing Practice and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, focusing on workforce well-being and clinician engagement. My expertise lies in developing and implementing wellness programs, leading organizational change, and supporting corporate mental health initiatives.

Throughout my career, I have delivered telehealth and in-person psychiatric care, led treatment planning, and collaborated with clinical leadership to enhance service quality. My role as a community mental health educator has allowed me to facilitate workshops and outreach programs, promoting early intervention and connecting individuals to vital mental health resources. I am passionate about fostering organizational cultures that prioritize mental health and well-being.
