At New York Street Food, I coordinate event staff, prepare unit rotas, and handle right-to-work checks and payroll queries. I also assess food safety systems and staff training for the company’s summer festival contracts.
I create and update risk assessments and method statements for event units, and oversee an individual unit serving a range of cuisines. I also drive company vehicles to events and help build and break down mobile food units.
Previously, I processed customer claims at Walton’s Accident Repair and handled sales and finance administration at Marnita, including invoicing through SAGE Accounting. At Bensons for Beds, I supported import and export administration, payment processing, and invoice coding.
