I have more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector, leading financial strategy, vendor and contract management, and risk frameworks across IT and operations. I focus on aligning global objectives with regional execution to optimize costs and drive results.

I have led large vendor portfolios and complex contract landscapes, managing 90 technology vendors and over 280 contracts, and implemented tools and processes such as Archer, PeopleSoft and Ariba.
