What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in Technical Support, SaaS/Product Support, Application Support, Support Engineering, Junior Frontend Development, QA, or Solutions Engineering.

I provided technical and customer support, troubleshooting user issues and guiding customers toward solutions in Spanish and English. I escalated technical issues when needed and also worked in sales, communicating with customers and presenting products and services.

As Web Developer Support, I supported a web developer with website troubleshooting, testing, and technical tasks using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge. I completed an Electronic Engineering degree at Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI) in 2026 and am developing my frontend skills, including React.
