I’m a technical and customer support specialist with experience in high-volume, back-to-back call environments supporting U.S.-based customers. I focus on billing support, website troubleshooting, and CRM-based case management.

In my recent role, I handled inbound and outbound calls while maintaining performance and quality standards. I resolved account issues, payments, and service-related inquiries, and delivered technical and online support for website issues, access problems, and user errors.

I’m comfortable owning complex cases end-to-end: diagnosing issues in real time, navigating detailed internal documentation (including unfamiliar scenarios), and documenting resolutions in Salesforce CRM. I also supported Premier customers with higher-priority, more complex matters.

Beyond call support, I’ve done freelance software and administrative support for small and medium-sized businesses—managing communication, documentation, and workflow organization while troubleshooting and adapting digital tools. I bring strong problem-solving, fast learning, and a customer-first mindset under pressure.
