I’m a technical and customer support specialist with experience in high-volume, back-to-back call environments supporting U.S.-based customers. I focus on billing support, website troubleshooting, and CRM-based case management.
In my recent role, I handled inbound and outbound calls while maintaining performance and quality standards. I resolved account issues, payments, and service-related inquiries, and delivered technical and online support for website issues, access problems, and user errors.
