At Nicaraguan Social Security Institute (INSS), I maintain and troubleshoot a legacy enterprise system, tracing defects from the user interface through the data layer.
I build modules and screens with Java, Spring Boot, and JSF/PrimeFaces, connecting services and business logic with PostgreSQL queries. I also implement and debug business rules, filtering, and data presentation across application workflows.
Before INSS, I provided technical support at OSOMCO, primarily covering Microsoft 365 and Azure, and supported Peloton customers in English at IBEX. I’m completing my final year of Computer Engineering studies and hold a C1 English certification.
