At HPE, I build financial reporting, workforce-planning reports, and Excel and Power BI dashboards that support headcount strategy and workforce cost initiatives.
I manage requisition lifecycles, prepare people-planning reporting, and produce a monthly Talking Points Newsletter for senior leadership. I also create and maintain internal SharePoint sites that improve collaboration and information sharing.
My earlier IT operations work with Modis, DXC, Adecco, and HPE included technical end-user support, incident lifecycle coordination, workload tracking, and resolution of escalated cases. I’ve worked with Windows troubleshooting, software installation, Active Directory, networking, and customer care.
Before IT, I was a web editor at Television New Channel in Kyiv, where I designed website structure, created reader-focused content, wrote reviews, translated news, and supported TV forums and blogs. I bring the same focus on clarity and usability to reporting, communications, and digital content.
