Previously at Hewlett-Packard Global Delivery Bulgaria Center, I managed customer operations, financial documentation, reporting, claims, and order workflows across international teams. I coordinated Japan back-order operations and EMEA/APJ Microsoft order flows while maintaining accuracy and timely execution.

Alongside my analytics work, I manage operations, supplier and partner communication, pricing, project planning, and client coordination at VELANO EOOD. I'm available for remote, freelance, and project-based work.
